Casamelia Services Pty Ltd provides residential and commercial property services including, but not limited to: residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, property maintenance, grounds and garden care, facility management, and end-of-lease cleaning ("Services").
The specific scope, frequency, pricing, and conditions applicable to your engagement will be set out in a written quotation or service agreement provided to you prior to commencement. These Terms apply to all such engagements.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service offering at any time, with reasonable notice to existing clients where practicable.
Quotations provided by Casamelia Services Pty Ltd are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on information provided by the Client and may be adjusted if actual conditions differ materially from those described.
Prices are expressed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Unless otherwise stated, prices are inclusive of GST where applicable under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
Additional charges may apply for services performed outside normal business hours, work requiring specialist equipment, or additional scope identified on-site. We will seek your approval before undertaking work outside the agreed scope.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of written acceptance of a quotation. You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at ceo@casamelliaservicespty.site with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service time.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or where our team arrives and is unable to access the property, may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price. We will notify you of any applicable fee before charging it.

Our Services come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) ("ACL") that cannot be excluded. These guarantees include that services will be rendered with due care and skill, be fit for the purpose for which they are supplied, and be completed within a reasonable time.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy you may have under the ACL or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a consumer guarantee applies and we fail to meet it, you may be entitled to a remedy such as re-performance of the service or a refund.

Upon termination, all amounts owing for Services delivered prior to termination become immediately due and payable.

You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and, where applicable, the Federal Court of Australia, for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
